Resources Teen Driving a Critical Public Health Issue

Estimating the Costs of Injuries updated
NSC makes
estimates of the average costs of fatal and nonfatal unintentional injuries to illustrate their impact on the nation’s economy. Take a look at our new estimates updated with data from 2003.

Survey Summary - Key Findings
The Department of Research & Statistical Services has launched a project intended to examine the health and economic burden of off-the-job (OTJ) injury on American businesses and workers. The ultimate goal is to provide employers with a set of practical guidelines for injury surveillance and promoting off-the-job safety and health in the workplace. (See
